Programming languages are words that can be transferred into binary codes for computers to understand. They understand instructions by reading in 1s and 0s, which means true and false. While computers recieve binary, we usually type high level language including C, P and Java. These high level languages can be easily understand by human but may be difficult for computers. On the other hand, low level languages, which can be written either by compilers from the high level languages or by human thenmselves, are more closer to the computer language, thus harder to understand.
